a year. Do I make any money?
NOPE!
I offset the cost of providing these prints
to you by using the chemicals on other photos
here in Central Texas. When I get a request
for a print, I need to use FRESH materials
and chemicals. Since I am actively involved
in this hobby, it doesn't hurt me that I
get but a few requests.... the website does
cost a sum of money though.
Often, people write me to ask my opinion on the
value of an old ad.
I'm sorry. I have no idea what it is worth.
It has NEVER happened that these requests
were willing to send a small image of these
ads.
I thought EVERYONE had a scanner.
Occasionally, someone will ask if I still
have that item (the product in the ad) for
sale.
DOH! I don't sell the items you see in the
advertisement. I sell an enlargement of the
ad, doggonnit!!
If you ask me one of the "Forbidden"
questions, I won't even reply.
I don't know how to repair or find parts
for those things. I only take pictures of
the ADS and post them for you to see and
"possibly" offer to have me make
an enlargement for you.
